DailySale.com had a large number of inactive customers in its database. This presented challenges for both deliverability and overall performance. They wanted to find a way to reactivate their inactive customers to improve deliverability and increase revenue.
TEST:
Alchemy Worx recognized an opportunity to combine the technologies of two of our partners, LiveIntent and Tower Data, with our Audience Management methodology to meet the challenge faced by DailySale.com. Tower Data enabled us to filter database for active addresses and LiveIntent’s scoring methodology enabled us to target inactive, but viable customers with minimal risk.
RESULTS:
DailySale.com saw a 225% lift in users reactivated when compared with the previous strategy, leading to a 248% increase in revenue from previously inactive customers.
