Oats Overnight was looking to grow their email marketing program after seeing success with other channels. However, they were afraid they were over mailing their subscribers.
Solution
Alchemy Worx created new RFM segments and optimized the cadence for each segment. Some segments receive 20+ emails per month while others receive 1 or 2. In addition to different frequencies, the audiences had different messages.
Result
As a result of Alchemy Worx’s cadence optimization, Oats Overnight’s email program improved 140% in revenue during the first year. Alchemy Worx saw increases in both 1-time purchases as well as subscriptions.
