Challenge
Jordan Craig had a relatively stagnant email marketing program. They were segmenting by size (Big Men, Men, & Kids), but had only occasionally tested. The team had a great strategy to grow paid social and their wholesale division, but no strategy to improve email.
Solution
Alchemy Worx created new RFM segments while keeping size as part of the “segmenting tree.” Some segments receive 25+ emails per month while others receive 1 or 2. In addition, the team created a testing calendar to learn what the subscribers respond.
Result
As a result of Alchemy Worx’s cadence optimization and testing, Jordan Craig’s email program grew 323%. The layout of the emails changed and the most engaged began hearing from the brand significantly more often. Jordan Craig was so impressed with Alchemy Worx’s email skills, they asked us to launch their SMS. Within 6 months, SMS is already doing over $250,000/month.
