Adina’s Jewels was looking to grow their email marketing program after seeing success with other channels. However, they were afraid they were over mailing their subscribers.
Solution
Alchemy Worx created new RFM segments and optimized the cadence for each segment. Some segments receive 20+ emails per month while others receive 1 or 2. In addition to different frequencies, the audiences had different messages.
Result
As a result of Alchemy Worx’s cadence optimization, Adina’s Jewels email program improved 400% in revenue during the first year. After proving out success within email, Adina’s Jewels asked Alchemy Worx to manage their SMS program.
