Fine Linens was looking to expand their marketing program. Alchemy Worx had grown their email program 54% and wanted to test out SMS.
Solution
Alchemy Worx created a marketing program specifically for SMS. This included automated messages as well as segmented campaigns. Some SMS campaigns would follow the email calendar and others would be SMS exclusive. In addition, different elements of the message were tested such as SMS vs. MMS.
Result
The SMS program was an instant success for Fine Linens. By the second month, SMS revenue was above $200,000 and has only increased since.
